FEASIBILITY & VESSEL ASSESSMENT

Every conversion begins with determining whether the selected vessel can support the owner’s vision. SeaNet coordinates feasibility studies, vessel selection, initial technical assessments and classification reviews. Together with naval architects, surveyors and technical specialists, we help identify structural, regulatory and operational considerations before the project moves forward.

DESIGN & TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

SeaNet coordinates the specialists required to develop the yacht’s new configuration and purpose. Depending on the project, this may include naval architecture, stability studies, structural modifications, interior redesign, exterior changes, new guest areas, machinery upgrades, sustainability improvements and the integration of tenders and water toys. Operational practicality, crew flow and maintenance access are considered throughout the design process.

SHIPYARD & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

SeaNet supports shipyard selection and coordinates the wider project team on behalf of the owner. We oversee budget and timeline development, construction progress, communication between appointed specialists and the implementation of agreed design and technical requirements. TESTING, COMMISSIONING & DELIVERY

As construction progresses towards completion, SeaNet coordinates testing, commissioning, inspections and final delivery preparation. We work with the shipyard, surveyors, technical specialists and crew to help ensure that systems, spaces and equipment perform as intended.
