CONDITION ASSESSMENT & REFIT PLANNING

Every refit begins with a clear understanding of the yacht’s current condition and the owner’s objectives. SeaNet coordinates the initial assessment, defines the scope of work and develops the required technical specifications. We also support budget preparation and project planning, ensuring that priorities, costs and timelines are established before work begins.

SHIPYARD SELECTION & CONTRACT SUPPORT

SeaNet identifies suitable shipyards and specialist suppliers, coordinates the tendering process and compares quotations on behalf of the owner. We also support contract negotiations and review the proposed scope, pricing and delivery terms, helping establish a clear and commercially sound framework for the project.

PROJECT SUPERVISION & COST CONTROL

Throughout the refit, SeaNet supervises progress at the shipyard and coordinates the appointed surveyors, designers and specialist contractors. Regular reporting, budget monitoring and change-order control provide the owner with clear visibility over the project. Quality assurance is maintained throughout, helping ensure that work is completed in line with the agreed specifications and standards.

TESTING, ACCEPTANCE & RETURN TO SERVICE

As the project nears completion, SeaNet coordinates sea trials, inspections, snagging and final acceptance. We also oversee post-refit operational preparation, ensuring that the yacht, crew and onboard systems are ready to return to service. Whether the project involves machinery overhauls, interior upgrades, exterior modifications, AV/IT modernisation, navigation equipment or hospitality improvements, SeaNet remains involved through to final delivery.
