CREW SCHEDULING

SeaNet coordinates crew schedules in line with the yacht’s cruising programme, operational requirements and planned guest use. By maintaining clear oversight of availability and responsibilities, we help ensure that every department is appropriately staffed and prepared for the yacht’s next journey.

ROTATION & LEAVE MANAGEMENT

Structured rotations and well-managed leave are essential to continuity and long-term crew performance. SeaNet plans rotations carefully, balancing adequate manning levels with the rest and recovery crew members need to perform at their best. On selected SeaNet-managed yachts, this may include two-month-on, two-month-off rotational structures.

CREW TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

SeaNet coordinates crew travel arrangements for embarkation, disembarkation, rotations and operational movements. Flights, transfers, accommodation and supporting travel details are organised around the yacht’s location and schedule, helping crew changes take place smoothly and with minimal disruption to operations.

MANNING & REST-HOUR COMPLIANCE

SeaNet works with captains and heads of department to help maintain appropriate manning levels and monitor applicable hours-of-work and rest requirements. This structured approach supports safe operations, regulatory compliance and a sustainable working environment, while giving owners confidence that the yacht remains ready for use.
